This is the privacy policy of myhotop.com, the Hotop catalogue site. The short version: we run a catalogue, not an account system. There is nothing here to sign into, nothing to subscribe to, and no profile of you on our side.

What we record

The site keeps plain visit counts: which pages were opened and when. Those counts sit in aggregate and are used to see which shelves people actually read. They are not tied to a name, and we do not buy or sell audience data.

If you write to us by email, we keep the correspondence for as long as the question stays open, because losing a thread mid-answer helps nobody.

What happens at the buying button

Every buying button opens our retail partner in a new tab and carries a code that tells them the visit came from here. From that point their privacy policy applies and ours does not, because you are on their site. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising network. Our retail partner sets their own cookies once you are on their site, and those are managed in your browser like any others.
